Refund policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, you have the right to return it - in line with EU consumer protection laws.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA)

If you are purchasing within the EU/EEA, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery.

Once notified, you have an additional 14 days to return the item.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn

  • In original condition

  • With all tags attached

  • Free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear

  • Returned in original packaging where possible

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use beyond what is necessary to assess fit and quality.

We may deduct an amount from the refund if the item shows diminished value due to handling beyond what is permitted under EU law.


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked and insured service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.


Return Process

To start a return, you can contact us at craig@hedoniq.co, and send current pictures of the garment plus your reason for returning it. 

If your return is accepted, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges (subject to availability).

If you wish to exchange:

  • Notify us within 14 days of delivery

  • Return the original item

  • Once received and approved, we will ship the replacement at no additional shipping cost (within EU/EEA)

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are refundable only where required by EU law (in cases of withdrawal within the 14-day period).

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Store Credit

You may choose store credit instead of a refund.
Store credit is issued digitally and does not expire unless otherwise specified.


Inspection & Abuse Prevention

All returns are carefully inspected.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse returns that do not meet policy conditions

  • Decline refunds in cases of excessive or abusive return behavior

  • Report fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes

If a chargeback is initiated before contacting us, we reserve the right to provide this policy and return documentation to the payment provider as evidence.

We are always happy to resolve concerns directly and respectfully.
