We craft and ship each piece with care from our atelier in Portugal.
Order Processing
All items are currently sold from available stock.
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). During launches or limited drops, processing may take slightly longer due to volume.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping within the EU/EEA on orders above €800

Orders below €800 are calculated at checkout based on destination

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
Estimated Delivery Times
After dispatch:

EU/EEA: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier performance and customs processes (for non-EU destinations).
Customs & Duties
Orders shipped within the EU/EEA are not subject to customs duties.
Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees. You will have options at checkout to pre-pay any duties and fees.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
Tracking
All orders include tracking.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your parcel has been dispatched.
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed or lost:

Please contact the carrier using your tracking number.

If the issue is not resolved, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will initiate an investigation with the carrier. Claims cannot be processed until the carrier confirms the parcel as lost.
Once confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer either a replacement (if available) or a refund.
We are not responsible for carrier-related delays once the parcel has been handed over.
